I'd been a smoker since age 17- got hooked early. This is my 3rd quit, and it's looking like my last one.
I'm married with 2 grown boys from a prior marriage- ages 23 & 21 (they both smoke). Hopefully they'll see the light, especially with the high prices of Canadian sin-taxes on smokes & alcohol!
The Q is a great place to research your habit, explore the latest in Q technologies and also a good place to garner support when the willpower is drained.
Advice:
It's easier on yourself to be associating with Quitters than smokers. This is a good place to help keep you on your Q.
