My Quit:
I started smoking at age 27. Why?? Because I was stupid! My whole family smoked but I didn't until then. I'm 36 now and I don't want to enter into my 10th year of smoking. I'm a newlywed and my husband is not a smoker. He loves me and wants me to quit but that still didn't make the decision for me. I prayed a lot and finally last week I did it. I signed back onto QuitNet and got serious about controlling this horrible habit.

Advice:
Share- Post- Eat pretzels - Breathe

Know that a sickarette is not going to make any situation better.

photoTake it one day at a time and remind yourself daily WHY you decided to quit. Make a list and read it whenever you get the craving.
