My Quit:
I am a 25 year old woman who started smoking when I was 15. I smoked 1 pack/day for the last 10 yrs. My husband & I celebrated our 1 yr wedding anniversary in May, & our gift to each other was to quit smoking as our first step in the discussion of starting a family. I had tried to quit several times before, but to no avail. I had heard good things about "Smoke Away" & decided to try it. I took it for one week, & have been smoke free ever since (94 days!) I believe that my motivation was the real key...starting a family & being a healthy mother... Also, I have a dry erase board, & for every day of my Quit, I mark a tally...when I get a craving...I go the this board and imagine having to erase all of my hard earned tallys...

Advice:
QUIT FOR YOURSELF, AND NO ONE ELSE! (AND WANT IT...)
