My Quit:
I have been smoking since I was 10 yrs old. I've tried to stop many times and went back to the old habit. This time around I just didn't use the patch. I used the patch, the inhaler, I'm on an anti-depressant, and registered on QuitNet as an accountability and support element.

Advice:
Don't stop the desire to quit. Use the the 12 steps of a recovery program such as NA, and QuitNet as a positive support element. Don't go at it alone.
