My Quit:
I decided to quit AGAIN after, like, 10 times. I have been smoking since age 14. I am 28 years old, and the only time I really quit for a long period of time was when I had my 2 daughters. I am desperate to not have to depend on anything. I don't even have friends who smoke, so what am I doing? I am using the patch, it helps if I let it help!

Advice:
I don't have a lot of advice because I am really not that great at quitting, but I know I can do it!

photoRead profiles, work out, talk to other Q-sters, get angry, vent. Do anything other than smoking, and the cravings will pass. Remember, the only way out is through.
