My Quit:
I have tried to quit many times. I used the gum, and it helped, but I always relapsed. This time I'm using the gum only for real bad cravings, and facing the withdrawl head on. It's a killer, but I determined to make it this time.

I'm 42 years old and had my fist cigarette in 1972! I think It's time I listened to my body, and gave it up for good!

Advice:
I may have failed at quiting before, but I learned a little about my habit each time. KEEP TRYING!

Frequently Asked Question
Q: Do I face fewer health risks as a cigar smoker? answer
Quitticism
Three Post Rule
If you think you're going to relapse, post a Help! message in the QS forum. Wait until you have at least three responses. If you still want to suck on a death stick after that... wait for three more.

photoDon't be afraid! Of peer pressue, of failure... of anything! Practice does make perfect! As long as you are serious about quitting, you will. You just have to really want to.
