Adi.
My Quit:
I smoked for 20yrs, starting at school as most of us did. I never had the courage to quit until now.
I have not smoked for over 100 days and can't believe how easy it is. I have surprised myself, and am a more confident person. I feel can accomplish anything.

Thanks to the Q community for all the support and encouragement. Reading the quotes and stories helped so much, especially in the early days of my quit.

Advice:
Avoid smoking at all costs- your life depends on it. Brainwash yourself by reading over and over about the bad effects of smoking; visit the Q frequently.
