My Quit:
I had smoked for just over 20 years. I realized I had smoked for longer than I had not. I finally got tired of being controlled by the cigs. I will be forty in just 3 months. I chose this gift just for me because I deserve this, I am worth this and no one else can give me this wonderful gift of a longer life than me. The Q has been there for me since day one. Although I have only gone 10 days free, the Q is now my support, not the horrible cigs!

Advice:
Hang in there....use the Q every day.....believe in yourself.
You deserve this gift of freedom. You are worth it! You can do this!

Frequently Asked Question
Q: I've tried everything and failed; what's left to do? answer
Quitticism
Celery is Under the Left Rear Tire
A secret code which would notify the HTBC (if it existed, which it doesn't) that a Qmember had finally snapped and done in a cow-orker, authority figure, etc. The non-existent HTBC would then dispose of the evidence. Not that it has ever done so. See also: Cow-Orker, HTBC.
