My Quit:
I am 43, and have smoked for 24 years - thanks to my college roommate. Over the years I have tried to quit using various methods because I NEEDED to quit. This time I have quit because I WANTED to quit!

My life with my two sons, ages 9 and 12, is more important than a "cancer stick". This website, deep breathing, the patch and lots of prayer will help me overcome this addiction.

Advice:
The tobacco companies do not control your life, and you shouldn't allow them to kill you!

photoDon't let the craves sneak up on you. When they hit, whether it be deep breathing, running to the QuitStop, gum, water, whatever. Never think one won't hurt.
