My Quit:
After being in a smoking environment all my life, and being a smoker myself for 27 years, I gave QUITTING a whirl.

WHIRLWIND is more like it! Learning to be a nonsmoker is like riding a rollercoaster!

However...
The Q and it's members are the bumper guards all along the ride!
;~)

I've made many friends along my quit here. They've all been very supportive of my quit. By my helping them with their quits - I've only strengthened mine.

Advice:
DETERMINATION WINS!

Go to bed EVERY night with nothing available for your addiction in the morninig.

Celebrate EVERY milestone - you've EARNED it!

Wishing all successful quits,
~0packs~

photoStop smoking for you & no on else. Keep the promise you've made to yourself. Reward yourself along the way, because each step taken toward quitting is a big accomplishment.
