My Quit:
I'm 23 yrs. old and I feel like if I couldn't quit now then I never will. My family is filled with smokers, so I just thought my destiny was to die from cancer.

I smoked for 5 yrs. and it was my boredom cure. Welbutrin has helped me quit for a week and two days. The chat rooms here are very helpful and supportive, with people like me in them.

Advice:
Don't quit for anybody but yourself!!!
Don't give up on yourself!

I did it for me, my future, and my nonbelievers!

photoJust keep a positive attitude. When a craving hits, just tell yourself that you are stronger than your addiction and you can do this. Don't let the cigarettes win!!!
