My Quit:
I started smoking when I was 15, to "be cool." That was the biggest mistake of my life. As a teenager, I watched my grandfather die from emphysema and kept right on smoking.

One day I woke up and realized that I sounded like a smoker at 25 years old. It was time to quit.

The most important thing you can tell yourself is that YOU CAN DO IT. It is as simple as not smoking the next cigarette.

Advice:
Don't be afraid to stay close to the Q, and to ask for help when you need it.
