My Quit:
Just Quit. Not because you should, but because you can.
The hardest part is not giving up or in. Whatever it takes.
Believe in your self. Be positive. There are no excuses.

Quitting will help. Smoking will only make it worse.
Failing is not Quitting. Quitting is to never give up.

The number of smokes someone didn’t smoke counts more than how long they have Quit. And one puff can end a Quit.
Q Clubs, Q Friends can make a difference.

If you are open and honest, you will feel things you forgot. Learn to enjoy the adventure of quitting. And have the best ride of your life!

Advice:
Never, ever thought about quitting before.
Used to call it a stupid idea.
Now only thing regretable- not Quitting sooner.
Lying, cheating and making excuses- smokers do that.
Smoking is a stupid idea.

photoDon't give in, no matter how hard it gets. I'm still going through a hard time, but I do not want to be a smoker any more. Talk to someone and seek out understanding.
