My Quit:
After 2 years of not smoking, I went back to it this summer. Had been easy when pregnant with both girls, then I slipped. I quit today and that is that. Thought smoking was some thrilling experience I gave up, only to realize how stupid the whole process is. Life is too short and my girls deserve a healthy mom who is fit, happy and smells good. Financially it is just so costly- why not put the smoke money away for their education?

Advice:
Don't smoke. Walk, drink water and have fun with a new way of life, a healthy way of life. Feeling your lungs hurt is so unnatural!!!

photoJust keep thinking about why you want it: family? Health? Do not obsess over the smoke you "can't" have. Obsess over the good things and the reasons for your quit.
