My Quit:
I've been smoking for 5 years, mostly socially, but the last year I was smoking alot and very frequently, up to 10 cigarettes a day (I know it's not alot, considering other ppl. including my husband) and I was getting tired of it.

I love my children sooo much that I would never like to see them in pain or sick, but my smoking was hurting them, and I told myself that is not worth it to smoke. If they get sick due to second hand smoking, I will never forgive myself.

For them i quit, for them, so I can keep up with their games and sports, so I can play "ur it" with them and not be short of breath within 5 minutes of playing, for a new life.

For Them.

Advice:
Your life is worth more than a pack of smokes. Don't let a man get rich out of your death.

With our Q-friends, we will get by.

photoQuitting smoking is more complex than just not smoking. We need to develop new coping skills. Life doesn't get any better when we quit smoking, we get better at life!
