My Quit:
i have been trying to quit smoking for the last two years and always found myself giving in and well all in all i am still a smoker but i am wanting to quit this time for sure ... i just hope i am able to do it... if anyone has anything that might help me out like tips and stuff please tell me... i'm 22 and been smoking since i was 11.
