My Quit:
It's been 12 hours and 26 minutes and it has not been easy doing it cold turkey. But hey I've done it this far and will continue trying.

I'd like a Q Buddy, so if anyone is interested I'd like to hear from you. I'm a 38 year old female and had been smoking for 15 years. I am open to discussions and would like a buddy. My help so far has been keeping myself busy.

Advice:
All I can say it keep on the quit mode.
