My Quit:
I smoked for 21 years and am embarrassed to say that! After several half-quits, I finally "got it" and was able to understand how to quit. Thanks to QuitNet and all the inspiration, encouragement, support and all of the tools to help.

Before you quit, make a list of why you want to. Make another list of what things you will do instead of smoking, your new ways to stay occupied or cope. When you quit- keep your list close by and read often!

If thousands of people before you did it, you can too! Keep that in mind and stay close to QuitNet for support and inspiration!

Frequently Asked Question
Q: I've tried everything and failed; what's left to do? answer
Clothing Optional (Nekkid) Kite Flight
Not to be confused with the Elder Kite Flight, a Q member must have 200 days smoke-free to be able to claim and acknowledge their right to THIS particular Kite Flight. Note: Silly Hat may be still be worn even if member is otherwise 'nekkid'.

photoDetermine that you are truly done smoking, then fight to stay quit. Be prepared both physically and mentally and above all else stay focused. Never surrender to the addiction.
