My Quit:
I am 27 years old and have been a smoker for about 13 years. I quit smoking just over one week ago. I hadn't set a date but knew it was time because I couldn't breathe properly.

I have had some very hard and emotional moments, but they are coming less frequently with every day that I am a non-smoker.

I have been encouraged by reading other testimonials. Thank you.

Advice:
Don't think too far ahead - it's too overwhelming. Just become a non-smoker one day at a time.
