My Quit:
I am 28 years old and I just got married May 20th. My quit attempt in February failed and I can't even remember why! I think I just gave up because it was too hard and I cried all the time.

Now, today is my new quit date and I have to succeed this time because my blood pressure is too high. My doctor says the number 1 thing I have to do is quit smoking.

Advice:
Even if you have tried 20 times before, when you are ready, try again. Try as many times as it takes to quit forever.
