My Quit:
Started smoking at 19yrs old, now 42. Getting older, and smoking creates wrinkles. What was cool at 19 just isn't at 42.

My quit was 7 days ago. Things taste and smell very different, my body feels different, too. I can't wait to see how I will feel tommorrow.

Advice:
Try deep breathing, feel your lungs expand and your whole body tingle.

Cold Turkey
Quitting smoking without quit-aids like the patch or Wellbutrin; picture a featherless turkey, shivering in the cold, to understand the origin of the term (applied to opium junkies back in the day).
