My Quit:
After several attempts to quit on my own, I finally found the Q. I don't log on everyday, but I get the e-mail QuitTips and they always encourage me everytime I read them. Also, the Q helped me mentally prepare 6 months in advace. I know that it is a huge reason why I continue to be smoke free and stay Quit.

Advice:
Even if this moment seems like the worst of your life, YOU WILL GET THROUGH IT! Don't listen to the cravings of your body. YOU CAN DO THIS!

photoNever give control over your quit to anyone but you. Be responsible for your own actions. This way there is no such thing as cheating- you know what you do.
