My Quit:
I Stopped smoking a little over 2 years ago. I went Cold Turkey, and used no medications. There are a few things that I DID do to help though.

1. I had to have a conversation with myself, and ask "who is stronger, the cigarette, or you" I chose ME.

2. I STOPPED smoking, not quit. In my mind, quitting is not permanent, but STOPPING is.

3. My work environment provided me with a smoking cessation class that I attended. It was extremely educational with reasons on why I smoked, and how it affected me.

Advice:
Breathe.

photoIf you've quit and 'failed' it's not a failure because you've TRIED. And you've learned something. Quitting is about practicing quitting until you get it.
