My Quit:
I am 50 yrs old, smoked since I was 15. I was able to quit when I was pregnant, however began social smoking which of course led to full blown 1 pkg a day. I have tried to quit many times, not sure what is different this time, but I do feel different.

I think with the help of QuitNet and it's members I will succeed. It's great to read the inspirational stories and words of encouragement.

Advice:
Take one day at a time, focus on the real reason you want to quit and remind yourself of the reason every minute of every day. Good luck everyone.
