My Quit:
i smoked for eight years until i finally realized what a stupid idea it was to even start!

im only 26 and i want to live a long healthy life. i have asthma and the smoking was really beginning to effect my health.

my boyfriend has quit too, so now-- if he ever proposes-- we can start our life together in a healthy way and raise our children in a smoke free home!

Advice:
whenever you want to light up-- just think of all the reasons you quit. the smell, your health, the cost--- whatever you do... dont light up!

you can quit!
