My Quit:
I am a 45 year Married Mother of two, with one more as a stepchild. I am also a Grandma, a daughter, a daughter-in-law, a granddaughter, a sister, a cousin, an aunt, a neice, and EVEN an ex-wife.

I am many things, many roles. A co-worker, a friend, a church member, etc.

I will continue to BE many things to many people because I managed to quit smoking after 28 years. I have been trying to quit for about 8 years. I never make it past three months.

Advice:
Thanks to QuitNet I understand what is happening to me during the 3-6 month mark. I am making it this time.
If at first you don't succeed...try, try again.
