My Quit:
I am 40yrs old, been smoking since I was 18. I have been quit for 2 weeks today!!
Quit two weeks after my Father passed away.
Cigarettes killed my dad :(
This place is wonderful for inspiring a quit...If you read peoples stories you know life is too short to let cigarette's make it shorter!
Quitters here realize how difficult it can be to fight off that nicodemon and will help you get passed any hurdle. KTQ!

Advice:
Take one day at a time...every day of not smoking will add up to you being a Non-smoker!

Life is Too short for cigarettes to make it shorter!

Quitticism
Milestones
Milestones mark accumulations of smoke-free-days such as one week, 30 days, 180 days, 365 days, etc. Many have Rewards attached to them. Some Milestones have their own Quitticisms (like Tweener, for the 50-day Milestone).
