My Quit:
My name is Amanda and I am 25. I had been a smoker for 7 years and after getting my yearly case of bronchitis I decided to finally quit. One of my co workers recommended this site to me.

I decided to quit cold turkey on Jan 3 2009. The first few weeks were the most difficult. But every time I wanted to smoke I logged in to this site. Reading the testimonials really helped me as I hope mine will help you

Advice:
My advice to other quitsters is to know that you can quit and that you will Keep the quit. And remember NOPE (not one puff ever)

photoKeep doing the things you loved while smoking- like take that 15 minutes and go outside anyway, but bring a snack or a book instead of the cigarettes.
