My Quit:
I have smoked for along time since I was about 13 years old.
I will be 50 in a few months.
I quit smoking on April 30th of this year.
It has been a long hard run but after not smoking for over 112 days today, I can truthfully say that I do not miss it at all.
I tried before but unfortunately I was back smoking when my nerves got too bad. I am sure that any one with children will know what I mean.
I AM NOT GOING TO SMOKE EVER AGAIN.

Advice:
Any one with the help and will power can beat
the smoking monster. Hey if I did it so can you.

photoNever quit quitting. Get on the band wagon with the rest of us. Life can be as fun and normal as it was before you smoked. Good Luck.
