My Quit:
I have smoked for along time since I was about 13 years old.
I will be 50 in a few months.
I quit smoking on April 30th of this year.
It has been a long hard run but after not smoking for over 112 days today, I can truthfully say that I do not miss it at all.
I tried before but unfortunately I was back smoking when my nerves got too bad. I am sure that any one with children will know what I mean.
I AM NOT GOING TO SMOKE EVER AGAIN.

Advice:
Any one with the help and will power can beat
the smoking monster. Hey if I did it so can you.

photoI was so scared to quit. Once you truly commit, make peace w/the process. Detox can be tolerable if you let it. Don't fight the cravings! Outsmart the triggers.
