My Quit:
Day one and I feel like crap...physically off kilter. When I have the urge I have to remind myself that cigarettes will kill me. I don't want to be one of those people walking around with oxygen tanks in the next 4-5 years...just that thought alone is helpful in this uphill battle...I have a headache but will be okay today...

Advice:
keep up the good work...not feeling very inspirational today but do admire you and am trying like hell to become smoke free...
