My Quit:
Hello fellow Quitsters. Happy NEW year 2010! I am pretty happy today; I have gone one whole year without even a puff. I want to encourage all of you who are on this journey with me. Thank you Q for changing my life.

I look forward to checking in with my buddies and all the wonderful forums. I've actually had fun! It's been so wonderful to belong to a community of people with the same goal: an addiction free life.

Advice:
You ARE going to have a craving. Either answer the craving with a smoke, or tell the craving "no". Eventually the craving will stop persisting, and give up. Say "No!"

photoYou can do it! Don't let the nicotine beat you! When I really have a bad craving, I'll use lozengers.
