My Quit:
W/o the Q and the CUC, I know I would be lighting up today! The support is beyond words. I've tried everything from the gum to hypnosis, and nothing worked.

Then a good friend of mine recommended I give Chantix a try, and 4 months later, here I am having not even a puff! I have several health issues. one of them being diabetes.

I have stage 3 kidney disease, and with blood sugar control I will live for quite awhile.

I'm also a recovering Alcoholic of 2 years and 7 months, so I had 2 major strikes against me already. They say 3 strikes you're out, or is it 3's a charm? You decide..... God Bless ;)

Advice:
Ya gotta wanna ~ to get to where you're gettin' ~ so just Keep on keepin' on ;D

Frequently Asked Question
Q: Why should I quit? answer
Quitticism
Celery is Under the Left Rear Tire
A secret code which would notify the HTBC (if it existed, which it doesn't) that a Qmember had finally snapped and done in a cow-orker, authority figure, etc. The non-existent HTBC would then dispose of the evidence. Not that it has ever done so. See also: Cow-Orker, HTBC.
