My Quit:
I started smoking when I was 18 and always thought from day 1 that I could quit at the drop of a hat, so I never tried to quit. Now that I'm trying 5 years later I'm seeing it is certainly not that easy.

QuitNet has been so supportive, find people in the same stages of your quit with a quit date close to yours, so you can see the withdrawals are normal, and you can support each other.

Pledging each day is helpful too!

Advice:
You must be confident in yourself AND your quit! You will not succeed if you go into your quit thinking in the back of your head that it won't last.

photoPlease stay the smokeless path. If you stumble, get up and continue the journey. If you don't smoke, don't start. Act as if your life depends on it. It does.
