My Quit:
I have been smoking since I started college 12 years ago. I will be 30 in two weeks and I quit 6 days ago. This is my 8th time to quit, and I feel really good this time. I am using the nicotine patches which are working great. I am a casual drinker, but have made a promise to not drink again until I fully trust myself to not have a cigarette.

Advice:
I have rediscovered my love for reading books. Finding any hobby (other than eating) will help keep your mind off the cigarettes you are not smoking.
