My Quit:
I was traveling overseas and felt very uncomfortable not to be able to smoke during my travel, and then I realized how dependent I was on nicotine.

I realize I was enslaved by this little thing called cigarette and decided it is time to quit. I got disgusted of stinking, sick of having to use designated areas to smoke and sometimes smoke in the cold; sick of coughing all the time. I could not find any reason to smoke, so I quit.

My family and grand-children will appreciate I am smoke free. I like the way I feel and it will stay this way no matter what.

I am using QuitNet to see my progress everyday and I read the posting from the quitter; I appreciate all that sharing.

Advice:
Challenge yourself to quit on the good: Good health, social life and money saving. Never have a puff not even one single one. Addiction will taunt you but stay firm.

photoThe toughest part is setting the quit-date and your Q-Gadget. Once you do, stick close to the "Q"- which is my recipe for success.
