My Quit:
I was devastated by images seen on the internet of different people who died so young of lung...tongue...mouth...and throat cancer....I'm talking in the thirties!

So I just decided to quit....I don't want cigarettes to be the reason I'm not here for my two wonderful sons! I just recently started smoking when I was in my early twenties....playing around with my dad's cigarettes!!! Then I got hooked and I'm thirty now...but today is the day that I stopped...Usually I wake up in the morning and smoke but I didn't this morning I know I can do this! Just have to stand firm to what I believe!!!

Just do it! Don't allow your issues to interfere with the dreams and plans that are destined to come your way! Embrace them!

photoLean back, grab some water, and enjoy the ride. Quitting doesn't have to be hard - it's only as hard as you make it. Make the right choice, quit smoking!
