My Quit:
I am 42 years old, and have been quit since July 6, 2010. I was admitted to hospital for one week, due to what was called Myocarditis, which is an infection of the heart. I was told I had to quit. I used nicodrem patches while in the hospital and nicorette gum when I came out. I struggle for many weeks with not smoking, and I am happy for becoming ill, strange, but without that I would have never maintained the QUIT.

I have a wonderful husband who has supported me, who has helped me through the tough times.

Advice:
This is an addiction, and that you must take it day by day. QuitNet is a life saver.
