My Quit:
I am a musician and love to create, and currently living in Brooklyn. I am turning weakness into strength after smoking for 15 years. I was a serial quitter for 5 years. I love using the forum and it helps build my motivation and confidence to quit.

Cigs are a nasty habit, that leads to addiction and death. They have been blown up with a pretty picture surrounding them, but have really made me miserable, and I have used them to suppress my emotions.

No longer shall I hide behind these death sticks. Good luck to all and carpe diem!!

HANG TOUGH, NOT ONE PUFF!

Advice:
You'll know when the time is right to quit so don't beat yourself up. Make sure and stay humble and always remember exactly why you quit. N.O.P.E.
