My Quit:
May 31, 2011....My 2 Year Quit! 31 years of smoking a pack or more a day. I would have never believed that I would be smoke free. But yet, I am here. Proud as proud can be. My single greatest accomplishment because of the commitment it has required. This was my umpteenth quit and the one that stuck. Be a quitter!

Advice:
Once I put the cigarettes down...I never took another puff. Not one! You can't afford to think that you can do that and stay quit.
