My Quit:
I too started smoking at a young age, I believe 12 years of age. Man talk about stupid. I am now 50 and have 190 days smoke free !! This is my third quit but it will also be my last. I feel so much better without the damaging effects of smoking.
I can breathe, smell and taste so much better it is incredible!! My skin looks younger and softer and even my hair is getting thicker. My husband tells me I look 10 years younger. Now that should be a great incentive to anyone to give the quit a try!!

Advice:
My best advice is to hang in there because after about 4 months you will start feeling the incredible benefits of being smoke free!!
