My Quit:
I cannot recall when I started but it has been MANY years that I have been a smoker. I have just had enough!!! I am 52 and want this quit more than anything! Day 22 and going strong!!!

Advice:
I am not going to say "if I can do it anyone can" as everyone is different! All I will say is you can do this! FREEDOM!!! Hang in there.
