My Quit:
Now I'm going to quit again and keep it that way. I have more confidence power is what I'll call it. I smoked that's it today in about a few hours my new quit will begin. I picked it up when I was a teen I suppose at 14 years old and needed friends and things to do but it wasn't substantially a lot.

When I was 21 I started it and it lasted about 5 years then I quit. Now when I was about 34 I started again and did it until about age 40 when I had the help to quit here. So then after that I started one more time but now I really am quitting. Thank You!

Advice:
Be encouraged that you chose a good thing for yourself and it will happen and come true. Believing in yourself is how you did it and that's the best of all.

photoYou can't quit because someone tells you to. You have to quit for yourself and no one else. If you don't want to quit, you won't, plain and simple.
