My Quit:
May 31, 2012 - 3rd Year of Quit! Pack a day smoker for 30 years. Final quit (yes, there were many) 1 week with patch and then cold turkey. Not one puff seems to be the key to staying quit.

My single greatest accomplishment :)

Advice:
Do what works for you but NOT ONE PUFF!!!! It's key to staying quit!!!! Good Luck!!!! :) :) You can do it - if I can, anyone can :)

photoPlease stay the smokeless path. If you stumble, get up and continue the journey. If you don't smoke, don't start. Act as if your life depends on it. It does.
