My Quit:
I was a closet smoker...its only been over 3 days for me. My husband has known for all this time but my family has not. There has always been an invisible wall between me and my family. I missed so much time with them. Not to mention my daughter whose 8 and I feel like there hasn't been enough hugs and kisses since I have hid it from her and she finally is old enough to recognize the smell. So now I quit for ME. So that the wall is gone and their are more meaningful hugs and kisses...

Advice:
Even if you are a closet smoker and feel like given up, just hug someone you've hid it from and hold on. Cuz now u can with no fear....

photoTell yourself that you will succeed. Remind yourself that the pain and stress of quitting smoking is temporary, and that being nicotine free will be worth it all.
