My Quit:
I'm 48 years old and have been a smoker for nearly 30 years. I've wanted to quit many times, but recently have become a Grandfather and I want to be here and be healthy for my grandchildren! I decided NOW was the time to quit.

I received my patches on August 7, 2012. I was going to wait and start using them on Monday the 13th, but decided not to put it off. I started my first patch at 6 am August 8, 2012. My last cigarette was at 5:45 am the same day.

I have to say that the "patch" is really helping and I highly recommend it to anyone that has made the decision to stop smoking.

photoYou can rationalize any reason to have just one cigarette. Trust me from experience, the guilt will feel worse than the pleasure a cigarette would bring.
