My Quit:
I'm 35 now, I've been trying so hard over the last year to quit smoking. I was successful for 3 months then went out to a party and started smoking again that night. Time to try again, I found QuitNet helpful in a lot of ways. I love the Q-Gadget that shows everyday how much you have saved and enjoy the chat a buddy system. I'm ready to quit! Time to start saving for my new house!

Advice:
Keep your mind busy, read your fav book, exercise, go for a walk, be positve, think postive! Never give up on your dreams.
