My Quit:
I am a 48 year old. My husband quit many years ago and asked me to quit many times and I was just not ready. My oldest grandson came to me one day and asked me to quit. I gave him a date and told him that I would quit that date. My work was giving us a incentive to also quit. I told my husband and my grandson that I would quit and followed through almost 11 months ago now. There have been some tough times that I thought about starting back up, but I am glad that I have not given into those urges. Keep the quit!

Advice:
Think how it will benefit you and your loved ones by quiting. You will have more time with them and you will be a happier person.
