My Quit:
I Did It! 1 year today and I did'nt even cheat.If it was not for QuitNet I would have not made it. If I was having a bad day, There was always someone to talk to or a game to play. I have had some bad days. The past 3 weeks were the worst. I live 1/2 mile from Sandy Hook elementary Sandy Hook CT.

Advice:
The 1st 3 months for me were the worst. Not only did I give up Smokes but coffee and alcohol as well. Beer is back in but coffee is gone.
