My Quit:
Hi everyone. I am 57 years old and have been smoking since I was 13, that's a long time! I am completely committed to this Quit. I have found such wonderful support on this website, it is amazing. Honestly, my motivation was money. I've given myself a raise of $125 to $150 a month by quitting. Being on disability, this is much needed funds. I am PROUD to be an ex smoker and will WIN this Quit!

Advice:
Just take one day at a time, you can do it. Picture yourself as a prior smoker, what did you look like? Did you like what you saw?

Frequently Asked Question
Q: What's wrong with cigarette smoke? answer
Quitticism
Nicodemon
Nefarious character frequently blamed for human weakness to nicotine addiction. Also the cloudy looking monster sort, nemesis of the Q-ster, who sometimes cartoons around the QuitNet pages. Nicodemon is always trumped by Q-ster.
