My Quit:
Hi everyone. I am 57 years old and have been smoking since I was 13, that's a long time! I am completely committed to this Quit. I have found such wonderful support on this website, it is amazing. Honestly, my motivation was money. I've given myself a raise of $125 to $150 a month by quitting. Being on disability, this is much needed funds. I am PROUD to be an ex smoker and will WIN this Quit!

Advice:
Just take one day at a time, you can do it. Picture yourself as a prior smoker, what did you look like? Did you like what you saw?

photoYou can't quit because someone tells you to. You have to quit for yourself and no one else. If you don't want to quit, you won't, plain and simple.
