My Quit:
I was the worst smoker I know. I used 2 packs a day at the end both regular and menthol. I was a chain smoker all day long. I finally use nicotine gum and got it in my mind to quit. I replaced my habit with chewing spearmint gum after a year. My doctor said at least I was not smoking when I was on the nicotine gum. I found great support in friends who did not smoke and read messages from QuitNet every day.

Advice:
Use whatever it takes. Use nicotine replacement if necessary. AT LEAST YOU ARE NOT SMOKING.
Return to a healthy lifestyle when you are ready.

photoYou have two choices. You can smoke, or quit. Suck wind, or breathe easy. Do you like to be controlled by 4 inches of rolled up cancer? I thought not.
